Ravello Solutions has acquired KLJ Computer Solutions Claims Management Technology. By adding claims to Ravello’s existing policy administration and billing products, the company now has the ability to offer functionality to manage the entire policy lifecycle.

Prior to the acquisition, the policy, billing and claims solutions were completely integrated to provide seamless functionality to users. Now offered as a suite, the solution is Web-based and built on a flexible, modern, standards-based architecture that provides a real-time communication and workflow process, reports Ravello.

The new Ravello Claims offering is well-established, and in production in more than 40 companies, including the United States, Canada, Jamaica, the Middle East and Australia. As a multi-line business solution, it covers all property/casualty lines.

Jason McGrath, previously president of the KJC, joined the Ravello team as part of the acquisition. He will oversee the Ravello Claims product, and will work with the rest of the Ravello team to further develop Ravello's technology leadership. McGrath will serve as president of Ravello Claims and CTO of the entire firm.

"We searched for years for the right claims partner and were thrilled to find this technology" says Andrew Serowitz, Ravello’s president and COO. "The acquisition takes one of the best claims solutions available and marries it with one of the best policy administration systems, providing the industry with a tremendously powerful and flexible solution."
