SafeAuto, has gone into production on One, Inc.’s ProcessOne to manage its payment processing and daily cash reconciliation. The company is also using One's ContactOne software for better policyholder notification,.

With ProcessOne, it's easier for SafeAuto policyholders to make credit card payments, the companies say. The software has also been integrated into the insurer's core billing system to streamline workflows and reduce time spent on reconciliation.

Meanwhile, ContactOne enables SafeAuto to send automated voice, SMS, or email notifications to policyholders for upcoming due dates or expirations, as well as alert them to other action items. By using both technologies, SafeAuto policyholders can make credit card payments by pressing a single digit on their phone or by clicking a link in an email or SMS notification.
