Solera Holdings, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Enservio, Inc., a provider of SaaS-based software and services to the property contents insurance marketplace.
As part of the agreement, Enservio will deliver next-generation digital home applications to Solera’s clients, adding to its current predictive analytics, preemptive fraud and personal identity verification and security services. The deal adds to the recent trend of vendor

Solera’s acquisition of Enservio is expected to close by the end of the third quarter, concluding on September 30.
