Southern Oak Insurance Co. has deployed ClickClaims’ Claims Management Solution. The application includes a flow of claims data and information with the insurer’s claims administrator, CatManDo Inc.
The deployment of the SaaS application enables all participants to improve accuracy and timeliness, while elevating service delivery to policyholders.
CatManDo, a long time ClickClaims customer, worked with Southern Oak to implement a bi-directional API with Southern Oak's policy management and CatManDo's installation of ClickClaims, the vendor said. And this integrated approach offers single-source data input and enables all stakeholders to collaborate in one environment, from FNOL to claim payment.
"For years, Southern Oak has utilized ClickClaims via the Carrier View module,” said Ron Natherson, Southern Oak EVP. “Now, as a direct licensee of the system, we are able to attain a complete, synchronous workflow between our policy management system and our Claims Administrator's system.
