Stonetrust Commercial Insurance Co. has chosen FirstBest Front Office Suite to increase agent satisfaction, transform the underwriting process and accelerate growth.
FirstBest said Front Office Suite helps underwriting, service and agent teams to submit, evaluate, quote and close business. The suite’s modular and configurable applications include FirstBest UMS Express, a preconfigured underwriting workstation that develops risk profiles based on risk data, modeling tools, third-party data and best practices. Underwriters can focus on analyzing the risk and delivering answers to their agents in less time.
Stonetrust has begun deployment of the Front Office Suite, including the FirstBest UMS Express, FirstBest Agent portal and the FirstBest AppReader agency connectivity application, expecting to go live in mid-2014 with new front office applications, said FirstBest. Stonetrust’s goals for the Front Office Suite include: do more business with each agent; transform the roles of underwriters with one-stop underwriting; drive growth; achieve underwriting improvement in less time; and integrate with policy admin and other back-end systems.
