Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada has partnered with Equisoft to launch Sun Life Illustrations, a platform that supports sales illustrations, quoting and asset allocation on web and mobile.
Sun Life's application will debut this month, leveraging EquiSoft's automated InsuranceElements software. The Canadian L&A company launched a similar platform for its term and guaranteed income fund products in 2015. The newer version will apply to all product lines and provide embedded sales strategies, according to the companies.
"The updates being introduced in December are a result of three years of close collaboration between the Sun Life team and the EquiSoft team," said Annalee Moore, AVP of business management distribution services, Sun Life Financial Canada, in a statement. "The consistent intuitive design should be appealing to Canadian advisors and will deliver a fully functional illustration system on the web, mobile and desktop giving advisors more flexibility and functionality."
