SunGard released the investment risk component of its iWorks Enterprise Financials business intelligence application, a cloud-based and mobile-enabled tool that enables insurers to transform financial data into actionable insights and analysis for investments, risk and compliance, SunGard said.
iWorks Enterprise Financials’ investment risk component offers a view of investment exposure, including currency, country, credit and duration risk snapshots showing sensitivity to interest rates, SunGard said, and offers insurers the opportunity to more readily adjust their risk exposure.
iWorks Enterprise Financials features components for accounting, offering invested assets, income streams and projected cash flows; and for compliance offering views of NAIC guidelines, state regulations and company investment policy guidelines.
