Wholesale brokerage and reinsurance company Swett & Crawford announced that Nancy Gibbons has joined the company as VP of human resources. Most recently, Gibbons was director HR operations for Novelis Inc.
“She brings with her a breadth of experience in building teams and establishing human resource services that are strategically aligned with business objectives. Swett & Crawford is thrilled to have her on the team,” the company said.
Previously Gibbons held roles including VP of human resources for the securities brokerage operations for UBS and Wachovia. She earned a degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
