United Property & Casualty Insurance Co. (UPC), a subsidiary of UPC Insurance, has selected Insurer Claims and Insurer Analytics, components of the Innovation Insurer suite from Innovation Group. The product will replace the company's legacy claims management system and to serve as an enterprise data mastery solution.
Innovation says UPC will use Insurer Claims and Insurer Analytics to support its growth in the P&C insurance market, and to effectively manage the company's growing property portfolio across the claims process.
Insurer Claims' catastrophe management, fraud, supply chain management and pre-configured capabilities will provide UPC with a foundation to manage and grow its geographically diversified business portfolio, says Innovation. Insurer Analytics will provide business intelligence, dashboard reporting and real-time analytics to assist growing and managing their business.
