US Assure Selects MajescoMastek’s STG Billing

US Assure (formerly Zurich Insurance Services Inc.), an insurance program administrator and service provider, will use STG Billing solution, as well as the STG Agent Self Service Portal and STG Electronic Billing Payment and Presentment (EBPP) solutions, products of MajescoMastek, the U.S. subsidiary of Mastek Ltd.

MajescoMastek says the solutions, delivered via private cloud, are designed to enable US Assure to offer more effective and efficient multi-product billing services for their associated network of around 60,000 agents and brokers, as well as for the insureds covered under the products and services offered through US Assure and its multiple carrier partners.

According to a press release from MajescoMastek, US Assure chose STG Billing because the system met all of its business and technical requirements, and the user interface optimized the experience for internal users, as well as agents and insureds through self-service options.
