Vantis Life Insurance Co. has licensed FAST Insurance Components, a business process-driven software suite, to support commissions processing for its life and annuity business. The solution is a product of FAST and includes schedule management, calculation, reporting and accounting.
FAST says Insurance Components is a suite of more than 40 pre-built, business process-driven software components delivering targeted solutions, which are designed to help carriers eliminate redundancies in both data and functionality. The solution allows carriers to use a SOA-compliant alternative to conventional vendor systems.
In addition to providing individual components, FAST also provides optional, pre-configured software applications for policy administration, new business and underwriting, distribution management, insurance portals and claims.
