VeriClaim Inc. a subsidiary of T&H Global Holdings LLC, a provider of specialized insurance claims services to insurance carriers, insurance brokers, corporations and public entities, has acquired Property Claims Services Inc. (PCS). PCS is a provider of loss-adjusting and claims-handling services to the P&C insurance market.
T&H says the acquisition of PCS strengthens VeriClaim's loss-adjusting presence in the southern and central United States, and expands its P&C claims capabilities globally.
PCS specializes in both property and liability claims services, including adjustments, investigations, appraisals and surveys. T&H is majority owned by Flexpoint Ford LLC, a private equity firm specializing in the financial services and healthcare sectors.
