Verint Systems Inc. said its Impact 360 Workforce Optimization solution is helping insurers manage member experience surrounding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) portion of the legislation is placing more focus on individual members and improving the member experience is significant. Verint’s workforce optimization suite helps insurers manage and navigate ACA requirements.
Verint said Impact 360 Workforce Optimization includes recording, quality monitoring, speech analytics, text analytics and desktop analytics. The company added that today’s healthcare insurers have myriad requisites related to maintaining and improving service experiences.
