"Artificial intelligence is an important part of that work, but not as a standalone initiative. We are embedding AI into our platforms and workflows to improve underwriting insights, accelerate claims and service processes, and support greater efficiency across functions," said Timothy Sweeney, Liberty Mutual president, CEO and chairman.
"We are scaling deliberately with strong governance, model validation, data protections and human accountability," Sweeney said.
