Insurer and financial services company Alan Gray Inc. (AGI) is partnering with Willis North America (Willis), a unit of Willis Group Holdings Plc., a risk advisor and insurance broker, to provide a solution for claim closure.
AGI says the Claim Advocacy Practice will provide clients with claim closure services, including a review of outstanding claims. The partnership also will offer strategic planning for clients, detailing how to bring claims to closure within a specific time frame, and freeing up assets in the form of cash or letters of credit.
