Willis Group Holdings plc, a global risk advisor, insurance and reinsurance broker, has appointed Alexis Faber as practice leader of FINEX North America, Willis’ management liability specialty practice group.
Faber previously served as COO of Willis North America’s specialties and practice leader of Willis’ Risk Control & Claims Advocacy Group. She will report to Roland Avery, Willis’ global leader of financial institutions, professional indemnity and directors & officers.
Faber will be responsible for strategic direction, leading a team of more than 100 management liability and executive risks professionals throughout North America, and will work closely with Willis’ global industry and product leaders to deliver the full range of insurance solutions to clients, Willis said.
