The new site gives agents and brokers direct online access to their customers' billing information, including the status, current balance, last payment, current amount due, next bill amount, next bill date and installment plan. Access to the Direct Bill Web site is easy and secure through either www.zurichna.com or the eZSB main menu, according to Schaumburg, Ill.-based Zurich N.A. Only agencies of record will have access to their customers' billing information.
