Insurance Networking News, in partnership with international financial research and consulting firm Celent LLC, kicked off the annual 2014 Vanguards in Insuranceawards program, in which carriers vote for the industry's top technology providers and these providers in turn nominate the most visionary insurance carriers.

The software and service providers receiving at least one vote in the first phase of the VIP Awards program will be invited in mid-March to participate in the second phase by nominating an insurance carrier as a "visionary" for a specific technology application. INN’s editors, it’s Editorial Advisory Board and Celent’s insurance research analysts will review the entries and determine the top-ranked technology best practice in action.
Winners will be announced in July and profiled in a special INN report.
