ACE Group has selected Database Marketing application from Acxiom, a data, analytics and software-as-a-service company, to support the insurer’s marketing capabilities and provide flexibility, scale and security.
The agreement covers several countries, with initial developments planned in Brazil, Italy, Mexico, Thailand and Turkey.
The Acxiom application can improve data and customer characteristics without the use or storage of personally identifiable information (PII) in the process. Acxiom’s Safe Haven capability removes PII and replaces it using anonymized storage of contact history to support expanded analytics in a privacy-compliant way.
