Allstate Insurance Co. has been named to The Women's Business Enterprise National Council’s 15th annual list of America's Top Corporations for Women's Business Enterprises. The award honors corporations for leading supplier diversity programs that are breaking down barriers and proactively integrating women's business enterprises into their supply chains. The Women's Business Enterprise National Council is a women's business development organization and third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women.
The top corporations are being honored this week during the WBENC Summit & Salute to Women's Business Enterprises in New Orleans, said the WBENC. Top executives are discussing the inclusion of WBEs in the supply chain. Summit & Salute is held under the banner of “Join Forces. Succeed Together.” The event is designed to drive business development and collaborative success among WBENC's corporate and government members, and WBEs. It provides access to business intelligence and senior-level networking opportunities.
