American Modern Insurance Group, a specialty insurer, has selected Policy Decisions, a policy administration platform, for its open lot physical damage business. Policy Decisions is a product of Insurity Inc., a provider of core insurance processing software and services.
Policy Decisions will enable American Modern to migrate its specialty physical damage product to a technology platform and processing environment; and reduce costs while enabling operational improvements, Insurity said. In addition, American Modern will be able to automate manual processes; refine underwriting processing; and facilitate communications with American Modern distribution channels.
Insurity was selected, in large part, for its experience in providing and implementing solutions to automate and streamline processing for some of American Modern’s specialty lines, American Modern said.
