With the deployment of Billing Stream, Cameron hopes to enjoy new billing options, reduced operational costs, improved processing efficiencies and added clarity to billing communications. StoneRiver says the program is multi-phased and will include Claims Stream as well.
According to StoneRiver, the implementation of Billing Stream is the next step in Cameron’s project to modernize its technology environment through the replacement of legacy mainframe systems. A future phase will be executed in a serial, subsequent fashion to implement Claims Stream.
StoneRiver claims the implementation of Billing Stream will enable Cameron to provide web billing, better service to agents and policyholders and improved consistency of process and workflow throughout the enterprise.
