Prior to joining Celent, MacGregor was a senior manager with Deloitte's management consulting practice, where he led engagements focused on helping clients develop their IT strategies in alignment with their business goals, post-M&A integration, and enterprise architecture. While at Deloitte, MacGregor also directed the learning and development program for the Architecture & Analysis capability, and was a core team member contributing toward the development of both the Insurance Core Systems Transformation proposition and the Retail Distribution Review Readiness proposition for the U.K. Life and Pensions market.
Celent says MacGregor has an MBA from the University of Southampton and a first class BSc Honors degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth. In addition, he also attended Driving Strategic Innovation at the IMD and was selected for Telemaque, a global leadership development program run by AXA University in partnership with INSEAD.
