Chautauqua Patrons Selects Maximum Processing System

Chautauqua Patrons Insurance Co. has chosen The Stingray System for the processing of its personal and commercial lines of business. The Stingray System is a product from Maximum Processing that will be used for policy, billing, claims, imaging and reinsurance processing.

The Stingray System offers workflow, imaging, many third-party interfaces, including credit card, general ledger, comparative raters, CLUE, MVR, 4SightBI and bureau stat reporting. It comes with consumer and agent portals as well as a point-of-sale system.

Using interfaces such as IVANS for downloading to agency systems, e2Value for valuations, and other third-party services, Chautauqua Patrons will be able to provide real-time purchasing capabilities to their agents and customers. The company also will gain the ability to react to the marketplace quickly, said Maximum Processing.

"We expended a great amount of effort to conduct a diligent selection process and The Stingray System proved to have excellent functionality, very knowledgeable staff as well as great references," said Mark Prechtl, EVP and CEO of Chautauqua Patrons. "The Stingray System will allow us to offer a richer environment via the web and improve the service to our customers while improving the productivity and efficiency of our staff."
