Several corporate employee resource groups and local diversity groups at Chubb help address the concerns of multicultural women. The Minority Development Council, Women’s Development Council and Women of Color Leadership Book Club offer a variety of opportunities for women of color to enhance their leadership skills. In 2007, the Minority Development Council sponsored a Women of Color Leadership Conference to provide participants with leadership training and networking opportunities. Women of color are encouraged to apply to participate in the Women’s Development Council annual mentoring program, which links mid-level mentees with senior Chubb women. The Women of Color Book Club, formed in 2002, helps to enhance leadership skills through book discussions.
