Cherry Hill, N.J. – Commerce Insurance Services, one of the nation’s 35 largest insurance brokerages, announced Geraldine Henley as VP/Director of Claims. Henley has more than 30 years of experience in P&C insurance claims management services. At Commerce Insurance Services, Henley will oversee the agency’s claims department.

Prior to joining Commerce Insurance Services, Henley was senior claims consultant for The Graham Co. While at Graham, Henley was instrumental in the direction of their mentoring program and in restructuring their bonus program.
Henley began her career in the insurance industry working for several different insurance companies in various roles, including workers’ compensation claims supervisor, automobile adjuster and customer service representative.
