Conning to Partner with ACLI

Conning, provider of asset management solutions, services and research to the insurance industry, made a one-year commitment to be as a strategic partner to the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI).

Conning will provide the trade association with resources and thought leadership, including participation as guest speakers and panelists at ACLI roundtables, webinars and conferences during 2012. “We are delighted to participate in a leadership role as a strategic partner with ACLI,” said Rich Sega, chief investment officer for Conning. “Conning has a long history of providing analysis and perspective on factors influencing market trends for insurance companies and we’re pleased to have the opportunity to exchange ideas with insurance industry leaders on these topics at ACLI conferences in 2012.”

The American Council of Life Insurers has more than 300 member companies representing more than 90 percent of the assets and premiums of the life insurance and annuity industry. In addition to life insurance and annuities, ACLI member companies offer pensions, 401(k)s and other retirement plans, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance and reinsurance.
