COPIC Insurance Company has selected Intelledox Infiniti’s platform to build an online policy renewal system as part of its ongoing IT digital strategy.
Intelledox’s technology is said to more effectively streamline the application process for COPIC, ensuring a faster application completion time, better customer satisfaction and improved automation, the company said. In order to reduce manual processes, Intelledox will also add a new intuitive online interview for returning customers looking to renew their policy.
