Flynn will be responsible for the oversight of all systems, application development and deployment, support and recommending IT strategic initiatives that quickly respond to market and client changes worldwide. He will report to the chief executive officer.
Before joining Crawford, Flynn was an executive for a large international travel management company where he implemented strategic technology and communication investments that reengineered processes, increasing operational efficiencies and effectiveness. Prior to that position, he managed IT operations, software development and support for an international telecommunications company whose revenues exceeded $2 billion.
