Through this collaboration, insurance and mutual companies supporting the French social welfare market will benefit from an integrated, end-to-end solution for both insurance administration and information management, the companies said.
Used by more than 80 insurance companies, GraphTalk A.I.A is Europe’s foremost insurance software package, and a leading solution for the French social welfare industry. GraphTalk A.I.A supports all life and non-life insurance products, and offers full processing of the whole contract cycle, from quotation to claims settlement.
The two companies will integrate GraphTalk A.I.A and SUADEO Plateforme through a standard interface that will be supported by both CSC and SUADEO. The interface will allow the information available in GraphTalk A.I.A to be fed seamlessly into the SUADEO Plateforme data model.

The insurer’s users, as well as the general and operational management, will be able to use this solution for analysis, simulations and reporting, via tools such as strategic and operational dashboards, and statutory reports, in order to assess and control the processes, development and profitability of their activity in the health, risk and protection domains.
