CSC Signs 10-Year Extension with Swiss Re

Technology solutions provider CSC has signed a 10-year extension to provide administration services to Swiss Re, a Zurich, Switzerland-based reinsurer. The agreement, slated to run until 2020, will incorporate CSC's CyberLife, Customer Service Accelerator and Claims Management Accelerator software in an effort to provide better e-delivery and self-service capabilities.

The companies have worked together since 1995, and in that time Swiss Re has acquired and transitioned more than 40 life insurance blocks into CSC's Life and Annuity BPO operations for full policy and claims administration, CSC said.
