The selection of the Web-based software will position Discovery for expansion into new lines of business, reports Ravello, and is designed to provide significant efficiency gains and shorter time to close claims through the automation of many tasks. Discovery will start by implementing the Ravello claims solution, expected to go into production in the late third quarter of 2009, followed shortly thereafter by Ravello's policy and billing components.
