Farmers Insurance Co. of Flemington, a mutual P&C insurance company, has selected the Atlas-hosted platform from PCMS, a company offering cloud-based IT solutions for P&C insurers. Atlas will process and host all rating, underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, reporting and business intelligence needs.
Farmers Insurance Co. of Flemington underwrites commercial and personal lines products that include homeowners, workers comp, business owners, contractors, and special multi-peril. Atlas’ functionality will allow Farmers Insurance Co. of Flemington to improve operations and service to its agents and policyholders, using cloud-based, scalable technology.
PCMS' Atlas system will enable Farmers Insurance Co. of Flemington to unify all lines of business on a single, cloud-based platform; provide self-service capabilities to its policyholders and independent agent network; deliver data redundancy and disaster recovery solutions; and access underwriting, risk, data analytics, and management reporting.
