Guild Insurance, a provider of general insurance services to niche Australian markets, has selected Thunderhead’s NOW platform to streamline the creation and delivery of customer communications across the Guild client portfolio. Thunderhead is a provider of document automation and multi-channel communications solutions.
Thunderhead says that prior to using NOW, Guild relied on a number of disparate legacy systems to maintain customer communications across its different brands. Thunderhead says NOW will enable Guild to centralize corporate identities and customer information to simplify the process of creating documents and policies, while improving the usability of documents for its customers.
