Haverford Holdings Picks Sapiens’ IDIT

Haverford Holdings Limited, provider of property/casualty insurance and reinsurance globally, has picked Sapiens IDIT as a centralized application for policy administration, claims and billing. The application will be used throughout Haverford’s group of insurers.

The first implementation, valued at $1.5 million, will be for the direct motor line, which will be offered through St. Bernard Assure Limited.

Sapiens said the IDIT software will be deployed as the common application for multiple countries and enable Haverford to standardize policy administration processes on a centralized platform, facilitate business development by making new product launches easier, reduce IT costs and improve customer satisfaction.
