The Hollard Insurance Company Australia announced it will begin utilization of Duck Creek Technologies rating software to support agents’ efforts in providing preferred quotes to customers.
According to Duck Creek, Hollard selected the vendor to both improve its deployment capabilities and enhance current business management processes. The new rating system will allow brokers to view customized pricing options based on submitted information by customers; thereby offering quotes more suited to customers’ needs.
Alongside Duck Creek, Hollard’s new platform will be supported by Finity Consulting and Mindtree, which will assist in the implementation. Hollard joins Gore Mutual Insurance, AmGeneral Insurance and Pacific Specialty Insurance Company as the software provider's latest customers.
