According to Everything Channel, a technology marketing and sales solutions company, its 5-Star recognition is reserved for programs that offer the top-rated partnering elements. Imperva said its PartnerSphere program helped companies generate money in a sagging economy by protecting users from hackers.

Results for the annual guide are tallied by the Everything Channel research department. Everything Channel’s 130 vendors are placed into a category based on company size, including enterprise, midsize, small and emerging, and are then ranked according to functionality of their partner programs in five areas: sales support, partner profitability, partner ecosystem development/management, partner communication/marketing and demand generation.
