Infogix, a developer of software that helps businesses automate the monitoring and analysis of operational data, will acquire Agilis International, a provider of analytics solutions to predict business outcomes.
Infogix said it will use Agilis’s analytics capabilities to extend operational data controls capabilities and provide value to customers. The company added that Agilis solutions have wide adoption in the telecommunications industry.
Infogix will adapt the technology to its other areas of commerce such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, communications and retail. Agilis has a big data capability that can augment Infogix’s product suite in new areas.
