Lambert Joins Connecture as CFO

Atlanta  - Connecture Inc., a provider of Web-based sales, service and process-automation solutions to the health insurance industry, has hired Mike Lambert as chief financial officer. Lambert will be responsible for Connecture's finance and administration areas, including human resources. He will be located in the Atlanta, Ga. office of Connecture.

In his new position, Lambert will provide financial leadership by enhancing the structure and discipline in the financial planning, analysis and reporting processes. Additionally, he will oversee human resources, including benefits, recruiting, retention and policies.

Most recently, Lambert was business sector controller of ChoicePoint Precision Marketing, a division of ChoicePoint Asset Co., Alpharetta, Ga., a data provider to government, insurance and other industries. In that role, he led the financial planning, analysis and governance of the division. Lambert started at ChoicePoint as vice president of the internal audit department where he was responsible for the day-to-day audit activities of the group, as well as performing financial due diligence for all company acquisitions.
