Manqueros Named President of First American's Agency Services Division

Santa Ana, Calif. — First American Title Insurance Co. announced that Kenneth Manqueros has been named president of the company's National Agency Services division. In his new role, Manqueros will plan and execute the division's strategies, as well as coordinate the activities of the regional offices that service the company's agents nationwide.

Manqueros, who has more than 17 years of title industry experience, began his tenure with First American in 1992, when he joined the company's San Diego office as a residential sales representative. He relocated to Las Vegas in 1995 to accept a position as commercial/subdivision manager. He was then quickly promoted to vice president and county sales manager in 1996, and state sales manager in 1998. Upon returning to California in 2000, Manqueros was named national sales manager for the company's Lenders Advantage division in Santa Ana, Calif. In 2004, he was promoted to vice president and national agency sales director for First American Title, then a year later moved to First American Title's National Commercial Services division to become regional sales manager for Southern California.

As a Certified Commercial Investment member, Manqueros is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He also has been actively involved in a number of professional organizations throughout his career, including membership in the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, and serving on the membership committees of the Nevada Development Authority and the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies.
