Marsh & McLennan Agency, a subsidiary of insurance broker Marsh Inc., has acquired Cambridge Property & Casualty, a P&C insurance agency. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) said Cambridge provides P&C insurance and risk management solutions to a wide range of midsize businesses and high-net-worth individuals worldwide. It has about $6 million in annual revenues and 41 employees, all of whom will join MMA.
Cambridge will operate within MMA’s upper Midwest region, expanding the firm’s P&C capabilities in Michigan.
