SIMS is a product of Systema Software, a provider of claims administration software and services to the insurance industry.
Millers Mutual said SIMS Claims could be implemented and integrated with its chosen policy administration system, and the solution has the functionality the company is looking for to manage claims within its entire book of business. It also offered a modern look and feel, and the flexibility of a highly configurable claims solution. Its advanced capabilities, including SIMS Mobile and integration with Microsoft products, will support future business needs.
