Oxford Life Insurance Co., a subsidiary of AMERCO, has selected LifePRO a policy administration platform from EXL, a business process solutions company.
Oxford Life will use the platform for new business; agent and commission management; policy administration; billing and collections; claims processing; reinsurance; and client management. Oxford Life's business will be migrated to the LifePRO platform from two existing administration platforms.
LifePRO has a strong user community that advises on ongoing product direction, the company said. EXL has more than 40 customers on the platform and offers user friendly screens and tools. LifePRO supports a broad range of life, health and annuity products for policy administration.

"The LifePRO platform provides the capabilities necessary to support our existing product portfolio and has the flexibility to support those that we are planning to bring to market."
