Pacific Claims Management (PCM) has selected JDi Data to implement its claims management software, Claims Manager, as its core claims processing system. Claims Manager will integrate Pacific Claims Management internal business processes into a modernized process flow and platform that will scale to meet PCM predicted business growth.
JDi says that the cloud-hosted claims system is designed to reduce PCM’s operational costs and increase flexibility with an out-of-office IT infrastructure. JDI Data adds that it provides clients with intuitive software, a simplified user interface, and a minimal learning curve.
