Perceptive says its patented LearnMode technology will allow Pinnacol to integrate ImageNow, with its custom-built business systems, without disrupting operations. By deploying ImageNow, Pinnacol will eliminate manual, paper-based claims processing, which should improve efficiency. This should also provide availability, secure and electronically, of documents to authorized staff throughout the claims process, according to Perceptive.
“By moving to ImageNow, which has all the functionality the company needs, we can focus on solving business problems rather that building software,” says Dave Hoffman, associate VP of application services. “Deploying ImageNow throughout the claims area will eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs. Eventually, we will move all of our current ECM solutions into ImageNow, allowing the entire company to be on a single platform.”
