According to a statement from StoneRiver, with the deployment of Claims Stream and Customer Stream, Plymouth Rock is making significant progress with the modernization of its core processing environment by leveraging new technologies and a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Claims Stream is a web-based claims administration system personal and commercial P&C lines. Customer Stream provides P&C insurers with a web-based customer and vendor relationship management solution for all personal and commercial lines of business.
StoneRiver added that the reduction of operational costs and increased efficiencies, consistent process across all lines of businesses and geographies, easier integration of third-party systems, automate workflows, and an intuitive user interface are the ultimate goals of the implementation.
