Promutuel Insurance, a P&C insurer, has selected ClaimCenter as its claims management system for all lines of business. ClaimCenter is a product of and Guidewire Software, a provider of software products to P&C insurers.
ClaimCenter is a claims management system built to meet the specific needs of general insurers, Guidewire said. Promutuel wanted to improve its vendor management capabilities, reduce claims cycle times and increase productivity. ClaimCenter was deployed eight months earlier than expected, and the implementation came in under budget.
ClaimCenter is enabling Promutuel to realize faster claims cycle times; manage claims with a consistent system and processes; and improve data analytics and reporting capabilities, Guidewire said.
