StoneRiver Names Lipp Chairman

StoneRiver Inc., a provider of insurance technology solutions and outsourcing services, announced the addition of Robert Lipp to its board of directors.

Lipp currently serves on the board of directors for The Travelers Cos. Inc., Accenture, The New York City Ballet and Mass MOCA. He retired from the Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2008 but continues as a senior advisor. He is also a Senior Partner with Brysam Global Partners, a private equity firm that specializes in consumer financial services in emerging markets.
