Synergy Coverage Solutions, a company offering workers' compensation insurance and services, has selected Vikaran Solutions' WorkersCompExpert. The application is a core administration suite designed to fit the needs of workers' compensation insurance industry.
WorkersCompExpert is a web-based insurance value chain management platform that helps extend an insurance company's management and administration capabilities, Vikaran Solutions said. The suite includes policy administration, billing, claims management, reinsurance, agency portal, customer portal and business partner portal software modules for workers' compensation carriers, managing general agents, managing general underwriters, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers.
Synergy plans to implement all modules within the WorkersCompExpert software suite, including PolicyExpert, BillingExpert,ClaimsExpert, ReinsuranceExpert, QuoteExpert (Agency Portal), Customer Portal and the Business Partner Portal. The implementation of the application will offer Synergy's agents, customers and business partners efficiency, productivity and communication, plus strategic support for future business expansion and growth.
