Turner Steps Down as CEO of Marketform

Simon Turner has stepped down as a director and CEO of Marketform Managing Agency Ltd. and director of Marketform Ltd., according to specialist Lloyd’s insurer, Marketform. John O'Neill, former COO, has taken over as interim CEO.

“In order to focus on the continuing recovery of Simon’s wife, Holly Bellingham, and due to the ongoing needs of Marketform, Simon took the decision after some leave of absence to resign these positions in the best interests of the company, and, thus, enable him to now give his full attention to matters at home,” says O'Neill. “Simon remains on the board of Marketform Group Ltd. and other group companies, as well as being a substantial shareholder of the holding company, Marketform Group Ltd.”
